As a nurse for decades, Cass has seen the need for a more holistic approach to health and well being. Finding that some of the most complicated conditions respond best to the most simple and natural remedies, Cass has always reached for the garden before reaching for the medicine cabinet.

Shelly's interest in medicinal plants was piqued over 30 years ago after stumbling upon a book about herbs and healing. Her interest eventually led her to the practice of Acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. For over thirteen years she has been formulating and treating her patients for numerous conditions, finding that her passion lies with topical herbal remedies.
